About the session:

The idea for this session is borne out of the challenges faced last year. It takes a very positive approach to the ‘opportunities’ that Covid presented – the idea of not wasting a crisis.

Most businesses were forced to change in some way, and to take the opportunity to reflect on the status quo. In many cases this led to restructuring or re-imagining the business which in turn impacted your teams in some form.

We aim to show you that out of chaos, you have the capability to focus on key areas of your business which you can control and move forward positively.
