Benefits of Membership
For those interested in ensuring best value and sustainable levels of quality in MSK services then please support the MSKPN. An absence of data on performance has led to a poor rate of development of service quality and performance and a reduction in “per patient” investment in care. Collectively we can produce the data which helps members improve and which we can use to educate and influence, so they receive the investment required to improve the quality of what we do. As the ‘industry voice’, we will speak on behalf of members to agencies, regulators, the media and other opinion formers. Networking, information sharing and learning within the community of members.
You can get involved and help shape the direction of our sector

Hands on PhysiotherapyVisit website
Celebrating 29 years in 2022!! At Hands On Physiotherapy we are committed to achieving the highest possible standard of physiotherapy care in a professional, caring and efficient manner that reflects the needs of the patient. The practice was established in 1993 by Andrea Wright. Success has come through effective diagnosis and patient management, enabling patients to understand their problem and help them to resolve the cause, whether it is due to poor posture, sports injury, an accident or just the way we are made! The physios you will see have years of clinical expertise and patient care. They are extremely knowledgeable which enables the client to have the least number of sessions. The practice relocated in 2006 to a purpose built, modern and spacious clinic. In particular, we are able to help clients in ACUTE PAIN by using up to date electrotherapy that speeds up the healing rate such as Laser Therapy (Low Level Laser Therapy LLLT) and Deep Oscillation Therapy. We pride ourselves in investing in these modalities to improve patient care and speed up the recovery process. This often means patient’s will only need to attend for an average of 4 sessions. We can then move to the rehabilitation phase involving “hands on” techniques including mobilisations, manipulations, acupuncture, Graston and soft tissue release work. Then patients have a tailored targeted exercise programme. Many clients come for a diagnosis and learn how to self manage their problem with specific exercises and educational advice.
