The MSKPN Leadership Cohort 2026 is an intensive leadership development programme designed specifically for clinic owners, clinical managers and practice managers working within private MSK healthcare who want to take their leadership and their teams leadership to the next level.

Run by MSKPN for its 6th successive year, this course is led by renowned leadership coach and former Head of England Rugby Performance Pathway, John Fletcher. This highly interactive cohort will challenge your thinking, strengthen your leadership capability and provide practical tools that can be immediately applied within your clinic, team and business.

Across four immersive Saturdays, participants will explore:
