We have asked members what sorts of things we could help with to grow their businesses and you told us you would like advice on managing people, leading teams and a whole range of commercial support aspects for you and your leaders in your business.<\/p>\n
We listened and acted – Whilst there are other leadership programmes out there, we have worked with leadership expert John Fletcher – former director of rugby and head of England\u2019s Rugby performance pathway – to cover the challenges we all face and develop a course just for MSKPN members. This will be the third of these and the feedback to the first 2 has been outstanding and we\u2019re confident you won\u2019t find a better course out there.<\/p>\n
Commercially and self-development focussed, it spans 4 full days sessions which will be held on Saturday 2 September \/ 30 September \/ 4 November and 2 December<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n This leadership programme has been subsidised for MSKPN members and will be operated on a first come first served basis at a cost of \u00a3499.
