Board Director: Cameron Tudor
Cameron is an experienced physiotherapist and healthcare business owner with over 25 years in the MSK sector. After graduating in Australia in 1998, he entered private practice before moving to the UK in 2000, where he spent two years working in a variety of NHS roles. He later returned to Australia, bought a 4WD, and drove around the country working in remote outback clinics.
In 2004, Cameron was persuaded back to the UK by his now wife – a move that led to the founding of West London Physio in 2007. On day one, he saw one patient, took one phone call, and wondered how he’d pay the rent.
Since then, West London Physio has grown into one of London’s leading independent MSK clinics. Cameron went on to acquire and scale three additional clinics, each of which was transitioned to sustainability and successfully sold.
With broad experience across both clinical and commercial fronts, Cameron understands the unique challenges that independent MSK providers face. He remains passionate about raising sector standards, supporting practice owners, and promoting data-led, high-quality care that delivers both clinical and economic value. He continues to have a part time clinical role.
